SBS Mining Corporation Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SBS”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NAMI Corp. (the “Group”) following the completion of a reverse acquisition on 12 July 2018. The Group conducts its sea sand mining operations through the 100% owned subsidiary.

SBS, founded on 14 August 2008, is a Malaysia corporation primarily engaged in the mining, exploration and trading of mineral resources.
